Chromatogram Analysis

Streamline chromatogram analysis with tools for peak annotation, relative quantitation, and peak and trace comparison

Versatile Chromatogram Analysis

The chromatogram workflow supports a wide range of data from various sources, such as mass spectrometry, optical detectors, and capillary electrophoresis. It can be used to analyse any data with separated components displayed in an XY format.

Reference & Comparison Project

With reference projects, you can easily annotate and identify peaks in your chromatograms. Comparison projects allow you to align chromatograms, match peaks and pinpoint shifts in retention times.

Peak Integration & Automation

Peak integration is simple with options for user-defined or preset parameters. The software utilizes dynamic warping to automatically correct for retention time shifts and provides tools to add, delete, merge or split peaks.

Reporting & Visualization

Generate informative trace plots, MS1 plots, peak tables, and candidate tables, for comprehensive reporting. Customize trace plots with labels for peak numbers, sequences and more. MS1 plots clearly display the MS1 scan for each selected peak. You can also easily review projects and save or load specific layouts.

Powerful Glycan Analysis

The chromatogram workflow is ideal for in-depth analysis of released glycans, including N-linked and O-linked glycans. The FLR trace can be integrated for quantitation. It offers numerous benefits for glycan analysis, including high throughput and automation, high sensitivity, accurate quantitation, and comprehensive reporting.

Unique Glycan Cartoons

Generate informative glycan cartoons that visually represent the glycan structure. You can customize the cartoons for different levels of structural detail, including anomeric and linkage specificity. Choose between alternative structures for your cartoons, using IUPAC encoding strings.
